Services

Southeast Mental Health Services offers a full menu of services to adults, children and families. Individuals can be self-referred, referred by another agency or professional, or come in through our Emergency Services Team. Our professional staff is skilled in the assessment and treatment of a variety of emotional problems, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Children's Issues
  • Relationship Issues
  • Severe and persistent mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia

Our Program of Services include:

EMERGENCY SERVICES- Available 24/7

  • Crisis intervention
  • Suicide prevention
  • Assessment and referral consultations
  • Involuntary 72-hour evaluation and treatment
     

OUTPATIENT SERVICES- All Age Groups

  • Individual/group/family therapy (i.e. parenting skills, medication management, anger management, children/men/women’s groups, relationship group for teens/adults, mental wellness)
  • Education and therapeutic groups
  • School-based services, including in-school therapy
  • Readjustment services for veterans and their familes
     

ADVOCACY

  • Mental health education and consultation
  • Family support services
  • Consumer support groups
  • Employment advocacy
  • Advocate for consumer complaints and grievances
  • Peer-to-peer services
  • Peer volunteer program
  • IEP/school support
  • Inter-agency referral and linkage
     

MEDICAL/PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication evaluations and consultation
  • Medication management group
  • Consultation with primary care physician
